I’m only giving them a 4 star because of their service times. The food was exceptional, there was only one waiter though and he took forever. We even had to cancel the drink because they took so long. I wish there were more wait staff ☺️

Love this place. You really can't go wrong with picking something to eat here.

Last night, we were fortunate to enjoy our second delicious, delightful dinner at Lan Chi in the past 2 months. All of our experiences at this lovely restaurant over the years have been excellent. As avid home cooks, we appreciate the care that obviously goes into the preparation of each dish. The food epitomizes the bright, flavorful and elegant qualities of Vietnamese cuisine. Yesterday, my husband’s lemongrass and chili stir fry was chock full of tofu and colorful, crisp vegetables with just the right amount of kick in the sauce. Our friend had a delicious, generous piece of salmon in lemongrass sauce and I enjoyed tender chicken and addictive pork spring rolls with rice vermicelli. If the Black Orchid Dessert (black sweet rice with custard) is available, order it—unique, luscious! Service was genial but not intrusive. We enjoyed the patio seating on a beautiful evening and also love the comfortable, attractive indoor restaurant. As the previous reviews note, what takes this wonderful dining experience to the next level is the extraordinarily gracious proprietor, who embodies hospitality at its best. Can’t wait to go back. GO!

Best Pho around. We drive over 40 minutes when we have a pho restaurant in our own town but come to Lan chi. Not to mention the service is amazing, and owner takes pride in her restaurant, she’ll even come out and talk to her customers to make sure they had a great experience. Check this place out you won’t regret it! So glad they opened back up!!

BEST food in Middlesex county!! Fresh, delicious, healthy!!! Wonderful owners and staff! I rarely go anywhere else because I know I'm going to get an awesome meal here.

Great people, service and delicious food!

The food was fresh and delicious. A small, quiet place where you can enjoy fine dining in a casual atmosphere. The owner made everyone feel welcome.

This place has been hit very hard by the pandemic. Waited 30min to order and another 30 to get our food at 630pm on a Wednesday. Very little staff. Food is tasty and the people who are there try very hard.

Alot of waiting at this restaurant. When I walked in nobody came over to greet us or seat us. Once the food was served nobody came to check on us, I needed another drink but nobody came. Then at the end of dinner we waited and waited for someone to offer dessert, coffee or the check. Other customers were also not happy.

We were passing through the town, and th Tibetan restaurant wasn't open for dine in. We spotted Lan Chi's across the street and decided to give it a try. The decor was pleasant and the tables spaced generously apart. They had Tiger beer. I ordered the shaking beef and some chicken wings. Both were delicious. The beef was tender and moist. The wings was deep fried and covered shrimp paste. It was an enjoyable dinner. Service was slow and I suspect the restaurant is one of many suffering from a shortage of staff.

It's honestly the best phó place I think for quite the distance. Their drinks are amazing too I love their sirloin steak phó & their Yumchata drink! So authentic and delish meal. Only downside, you definitely can't be in a hurry to eat here. Service is good but slow. If you have time and are trying to catch up with friends this is for you. They offer to go as well equally as delicious!
