I'm on my second year in Middletown and have visited most restaurants in town—Perk on Main is hands down my favorite spot to work and get a great drink or meal. Located right in the Main Street Market, it's super convenient and has the perfect vibe for getting things done or just relaxing. A lot of restaurants around here are inconsistent but not Perk on Main.
Best Chai and Matcha in town, no question. The food is consistently great, and the staff always makes you feel welcome. Whether you need a productive workspace or just a quality coffee, this is the spot. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love Perk on Main! It’s one of my favorite spots to eat, and I recently visited for a lunch date with a friend. The atmosphere was perfect for a long conversation, and the location is surrounded by so many charming little shops, making it a great spot to explore after your meal. The building is easily wheelchair accessible, with ramps inside, which is a huge plus. Parking can be a bit tricky since it’s located on Main Street, but there’s a paid parking lot in the back, which makes it convenient when street parking is full. As for the food, I’ve never had anything that wasn’t delicious. They offer a variety of fresh juices, and their vegetarian and vegan options are fantastic. The service is always friendly, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a cozy spot with amazing food and a wonderful atmosphere!

The CT Army National Guard Pilots/Aircrew have been meeting at Perk On Main since they were established on the 2nd Sunday of each month. The guys are Crepe & Omelet fans and VERY happy with the food quality & variety. Katie Hughes Nelson is always there manning the grill and marshaling her happy team. We ❤️ this place!

Coffee was horrible and water-down. I order a sandwich and got toast with my food spread on and using old Avocados on this so called sandwich as a nice touch it was more black than green. I was better of buying McDonald’s
