I was pleasantly surprised when we stumbled across this poke place. Their portions were very generous and they had a great BOGO deal when you sign up to follow them. If you check into Yelp, you'll also get a free dolewhip (but it's more like shaved ice). Overall, compared to big cities this place is okay but for New Haven's it's pretty good!! Def a good value poke joint!
I used to come here more often when I went to Wesleyan but at this place the service is always great! I recently came back and forgot my usual order so i tried to pick my own poke bowl. The worker was so patient and they don’t shy away from putting all the ingredients you want! Generous portions and great quality I def reccomend. I got the large with three protein and now they have spam! They also have boba happy hour (: from 3-5pm

I love to go to Pokemoto. They have really good sauces like the Creamy Miso and make delicious seaweed salad. What I like best about this place is the service though, the servers are always kind and efficient. Today I went to get a Poke bowl and my server, Sophie, helped me pick out some new things to try based on what I liked already. The bowl she helped me create is so scrumptious and I so appreciate her help!! Definitely going to keep coming back here as long as I can.
