Very disappointed with my experience. For one thing, it's annoying to get a small edit like half sushi half brown rice wrong, it's another entirely to completely mess up a stock menu item. I did not get the half sushi half brown, I only received all sushi rice. However, when I got the strawberry coconut boba with strawberry jelly, I did not get strawberry jelly or boba in my drink. Really disappointing, overall the food tasted nice, but I'll be going somewhere else next time.

I love to go to Pokemoto. They have really good sauces like the Creamy Miso and make delicious seaweed salad. What I like best about this place is the service though, the servers are always kind and efficient. Today I went to get a Poke bowl and my server, Sophie, helped me pick out some new things to try based on what I liked already. The bowl she helped me create is so scrumptious and I so appreciate her help!! Definitely going to keep coming back here as long as I can.

I was pleasantly surprised when we stumbled across this poke place. Their portions were very generous and they had a great BOGO deal when you sign up to follow them. If you check into Yelp, you'll also get a free dolewhip (but it's more like shaved ice). Overall, compared to big cities this place is okay but for New Haven's it's pretty good!! Def a good value poke joint!

Do not order from this place on UberEats. I tried once, they (the restaurant) cancelled after 45 minutes, I thought maybe there was an emergency. Whatever. I tried again and they did the same thing. Each time my dinner was delayed because there was hang time where I thought it was getting prepared when really nothing was happening and it was gonna get cancelled.

Placed an online order. Arrived to find an empty restaurant no staff in sight. After 10 minutes a staff member poked her head out of the back kitchen door and acknowledged me. She and her coworker forgot to check the online order tablet. 15 minutes later without any gloves on a staff member made my order in front of me and to my horrorHad trouble getting the plastic lid onto my order getting her finger caught in my food and container lid. Will not be returning to this location.
