Terrible customer service!! They got my delivery order wrong and when I called to talk about it (multiple times) the man was rude on the phone and hung up on me telling me "do not call here again". I will never use this business again and will tell all my friends to do the same!

Worst customer service experience ever. I pre-paid for food online and not only was it not ready upon arrival, the restaurant refused to make it again, refused to refund me and accused me of sending someone else to pick it up! As a former fairly regular customer (due to proximity to my home) , I won't be stepping foot here again especially since the food is only mediocre to begin with.

I think this place is naming itself "the ice cream shop" ordered some desserts here and they were sub par. Oreo pizza, fried cheesecake, and tres leches cake that tasted like the inside of a fridge. It's weird because Uber eats and other websites have it as another establishment. Beware.

Pretty simple delivery order we put together yesterday. Some wings, a spinach, ricotta, chicken and eggplant pizza and some calamari. Everything arrived on time and the driver was courteous and pleasant considering how confusing the apartment complex parking is where I was at with a friend. The wings, decent looking. Typical wet buffalo wings. Flavor what you would expect. A basic wing. Not bad but not great.The calamari was decent. Huge rings of calamari. Slightly overcooked but still tasty if not a bit oily. Still pretty good as fried calamari goes. The pizza was fantastic. 5 stars all day on that thing. Thinner crust pizza with ample toppings and well put together. Tasted very fresh as well. Crust was tasty and a bit chewy like a good crust should be. I can't say enough good things about the pizza. It was really very tasty. Elevated what would have been a 3 star review to an easy 4 stars.Will be back for sure when I'm in the area!

Burnt sweet potato fries for $9.00!!! my sweet potatoes was so burnt and very bitter. the bitterness lasted all day in my mouth. How can you serve burnt food to a customer? I hope you improve on the food you serve. I was very disappointed!

I would not step back in this establishment if you paid me!! I drive for door dash and arrived for an order. they did not have the items so I asked h worker if they called the customer as this shouldn't happen after I arrive for pick up. the worker responded with "shut the fck up, if you don't like your job get another one." I also frequently order from this restaurant. I have never been spoken to like that in a restaurant nevemrind one I grew up ordering from !!! the man then proceeded to lie and say he was the owner of the establishment and the owner soon came out to see what the issue was. the manager was very kind in regard to this situatio, however I do not recommend going there unless you'd like to be met with a similar experience!!!

Outstanding Buffalo Chicken Pizza!!! I had two pieces at Middletown Nissan while I was waiting to get my lease and ever since I have been wanting to get my hands on a large BCP for all my own and I just got done eating half of it and am sweating my butt off, and that is a good thing. I used to get a BCP down the street from me in Wallingford, but they started making it different and it sucks now. This place has just become my replacement. I was waited on by a very pleasant girl named Meg and I don't just eat at a place for the food, the personnel has to play their part as well, that is why my wife and I will patron this place again in the future. Good Food and Good Service! It is worth the trip from Wallingford!

What a neighborhood gem Roma Restaurant and Bar is! It was my first time there and I was blown away by the entrees! Both veal and shrimp entrees we chose were delicious, and servings were generous. With salad and bread, there was no way to eat everything in one sitting. Looking forward to returning, and try their pizza!

Nice restaurant - VERY LARGE PORTIONS All the food was good - there were plenty of options - we had a vegan, vegetarian, 2 kids and someone on a low carb diet - everyone found something!
