I’m a regular here because I love it! The environment, the food and drinks, and the staff make this place a gem in Middletown. I recently had a small engagement celebration with friends where we also tied in a surprise pregnancy announcement and the restaurant was super helpful in my planning. I recommend Sicily to anyone!
