A foot-long sub is even longer than a foot!!! And they put tons of food inside, it was sooo good!Fun fact, our foot length is same as our forearm so that is the reason why I use my forearm as a scale.

Order my sandwich asked for cookies was charged for them and never got them sandwich was the worst for 17$ this place is a rip off definitely will spend the time just going to a local sandwich shop nexts time for a lower price with better quality subway went down hill for

MyI had two sandwiches heated up a nd they both taste like burning metal, I couldn't eat the second half of the sandwich ? I so my daughter was hungry and ate my other half and thrown up twice, I called the restaurant and complained just to have someone check the device that is heating up the food, They proceeded to tell me to bring the sandwich back, How do I bring it back, in a trash baggie Really!!!!!!!!!!!.

This Subway is my usual go to fast food stop on Washington Street in Middletown. Not today.Did a drive thru.Ordered the New Grand Slam Roast Beef grinder, had it before it was excellent. List as #17.When I got it home, the grinder was labeled #7The grinder had sweet onions and I think a Buffalo type chicken in it. It was impossible to download a description of all the sandwiches so I cannot even tell you what it is called. I didn't want it, I didn't order it.Second sandwich was tuna on 6 inch Italian, not toasted, a little lettuce, onions, mayo.Tuna looks brown and has no flavor.Managers, please know what is going on in the prep area.. Two strikes today, not a good average.

I think it’s pretty inappropriate for the employees here to be sitting in the lobby relaxing during operating hours. When we drove in they were sitting at the tables and watching us pull in. With this atmosphere clearly unwelcoming we decided to not dine here. As we drove around the building to leave the employees were STILL sitting down and watching us. We went to Wendy’s next door and the employees were cheerful and friendly. As we left Wendy’s the employees had gotten up and were nowhere to be seen.As a former food service worker I would have been in so much trouble for doing this. It might seem harsh to give a 1 star for this but it looks bad for business to have employees that don’t care about the image.
