This location has been such a keystone of main street for a decade + Sweet Harmony has been here for a while but there are new owners as of last Nov. I've been several times since and it's been awesome. HELLO Middletown you are sleeping on these kick-butt lattes and crepes. The owners/chef/baristas are friendly and always get my order right (key for someone w an allergy.) Come for the coffee, stay for the flourless chocolate torte!

UPDATE Oct 2025- I've been using the Leo gluten testers and am really excited that Sweet Harmony's pumpkin cookie (tested w/o caramel) and double chocolate cookie passed the test!!

Sara at the front is amazing. Emily is throwing down in the kitchen. My friends and I came to this place every day when we were in town and everything was delicious. They have the widest range of lattes. The lunch is delicious. The pastries are fabulous. We tore into the box like a squad of raccoons. We recommend all of the scones and the cinnamon rolls.

I was in Middletown for appointments I had and stopped in. I was early for Lunch as they don't serve lunch until 11:30, so I got Coffee and a Cinnamon Roll. It didn't disappoint! Nice little place.

Amazing! Everything on the menu looks so delicious that you'll need to try one of each. I recommend the Mighty Club sandwich that fully embodies its namesake. Don't forget the sweet treats too! The scones are my go-to.

Came here originally for a Too Good To Go pickup, and decided on getting a chocolate cupcake topped with a Reese’s cup. I cannot believe this gem has been this close to my house! The sweet flavor combination of blueberry and peanut butter kisses was a perfect. I’m already looking forward to going back!

Absolutely delicious and the owners are so hardworking and “sweet”!

I 100% recommend getting the chicken caprese with almond iced latte. The flavors just go well together, it’ll knock your socks off to the next dimension!!!

Picked up 2 cakes for a family celebration and everyone was amazed! They couldn't stop talking (except to eat more cake) about how delicious both cakes were. They even began looking at the menu to plan for future cakes!

my first time going and i’ll definitely be back. not only was it such a cute atmosphere inside but the food and coffee was amazing. i got a breakfast sandwich and the carries caramel latte and both were perfect!

The moment my family and I took a bite of the lemon blueberry cake we had tonight, I instantly thought how much I wanted to write a raving review! This cake was SO delicious and perfect in every way. First, the decoration on the cake was simple and elegant with fresh blueberries all around. Second, the flavor was so well balanced with that cream cheese frosting that had just enough bite to it. The cake wasn’t dense; soft and moist with fresh blueberries cooked throughout. Truly a homemade creation that these owners should be immensely proud of! We even offered our waitress a slice and she was blown away. Third, the service was lovely. They’re closed on Monday and Tuesday which of course I didn’t realize so I left a voicemail on Tuesday morning hoping it wouldn’t be too late for a cake order for Thursday. They promptly called me when they opened on Wednesday and without issue took our order and even asked about details I hadn’t even thought of. So kudos to you, Sweet Harmony! I will fully endorse your cakes and spread the good word. I only wish I had a pic to share with you all but it was snatched away too quickly to be cut up and enjoyed. Anyway, enjoy everyone!

First time ever ordering from here through the GrubHub app. Biggest mistake ever!!!! we decided we wanted to add one item to our order and followed the instructions explicitly per the app, first order was supposed to have been canceled out and it showed the new order with the adjusted price and the one added item. After some time, we look outside and there is a duplicate order on our step. Checked the email, and there were still two duplicate orders. The restaurant did two orders of the exact same thing. Called GrubHub, no, you have to call the restaurant that was our mistake, They need to call us, called the restaurant asked for a manager ~ I was told I was speaking to a manager. She understood that it was an error, offered to call the merchant line to GrubHub to straighten it out. I Offered to bring to the restaurant the first order that was supposed to have canceled out. GrubHub refused to do anything, as did this restaurant. Besides receiving an absolute duplicate order, which, who in their right mind would place two separate orders of the identical items I don’t know. Why the restaurant would not have questioned this I don’t know. The food was cold, there was a whole order that we did not want and we ended up having to pay $60 for French toast, coffee, and a muffin. So completely unacceptable and the restaurant said they would call back and make it right - did not hear one single word from them - not one word. Extremely extremely poor customer service. Never Ever Again!!!!!

Response to Sarah -Owner ~ No They Refused absolutely Refused To Do Anything At All About This Even After Your Call. We Spent So Much Time & This Was So Stressful it Wasn’t Even Funny. Drove To Return The Extra Order Back To Your Establishment That We Never Even Wanted But You Were Closed. And Nobody Called us Back. This was Beyond A Horrible Experience.
