Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food place. My order was missing 3 items. The fries and nuggets were cold and tasted like they had been sitting out for 8+ hours, tasted like the fries you find under the seat in your car when you’re cleaning it the following week. I had a large order and with them shoving everything into a small bag all my burgers were squished, I couldn’t even eat one of them because it was smashed and looked disgusting. Tried calling but of course no answer. I stopped on way home from work, wasn’t about to drive all the way back, ended up ordering pizza instead.

Last night we went to use the cheese burger day’s deal, and Wendy’s was the last place we went to get the food. Sadly I had to say, we had the worst experience here. First, the app didn’t work for all day the worker there said. Second, it is the coldest food in the three restaurants.But the workers there were funny and friendly?

Why is that when I'm at work ready to eat I found a hair on my fries ?do people not put on headcap on?had to throw all my food away
I went inside to place my order because I like my food fresh. When I asked for all of my food to be made cook to order, I noticed that young man was re-dropping food that was already cooked into the fryer. Are you really that lazy to drop fresh nuggets? The fact that he was to lazy to do his job is beyond me.
