9 people 'working'. Was told 15-20 mins for one Roast Beef hard roll and one cold grinder! No other customers. Worker picking apart cheeses w/ no gloves. Was told they are really busy; when 4-5 of them were horsing around. Not impressed at all! Sandwiches were just so so

I place an order for delivery, food is usually very good. Well not the case tonight. Pizza was ice cold and I order a eggplant parmigiana grinder. The bread was like rubber with no sauce on it and it was just awful. Everyone has their off nights. No big deal. The problem was I called and they told me at first they would give me a little off my next order. I was shocked. After disappointment I said not good enough. I’ll give you this back.
