Boston Market

I guess Boston Market will be going the way of the slide rule and 8 track tape players. I think their business model demands more help per customer than other options. Just a few years ago I would eat there once or twice a week but Covid really kicked their butt and they haven't recovered. This particular location is closest to my house , waits became steadily longer, food steadily worse. I used to come to this restaurant all the time and i loved it. I was so disappointed with my trip to this location. First the good stuff: the staff is really sweet and the food was hot and the place seems clean although somewhat rundown. The soda machine was out of order and I had to pay 2.99 for what they called a 20oz coke but was actually a 16oz. I used to love the place. But it went down hill, not the food per se but the staff is not really very attentive and the people working don't look like they want to work there. Half the time there out of what I want. with that said, today in particular I was craving a salad so I went there, I got a house salad.
