Hair of the Dog Reviews
Went there few weeks back, waited like 15 20 minutes for a waitress to come over, then took almost 45 minutes to get our food, food was terrible, burnt, drinks were mediocre, then hear that they have a pedophile working there, looked him up and not just 1 time but a few times he got caught. I would never recommend this place to my worse enemies. Place is trash, fights in the parking lot with a gun. Now trying to copy the bpt flyer. This place will never be the diner. Went down for bike night last night 6/12. Brought 5 friends with me to eat and drink. Patio was full of dirty tables and patrons so there was nowhere to sit. We then went inside to sit in the bar. Menu
Hair of the Dog is a dog-friendly restaurant with a fun atmosphere, featuring live music and accommodating staff. The menu boasts pun-filled names like "don't go bacon my heart" and "not so limp biscuit." The food is not only decent but also amazing, with fresh and flavorful options like the grilled chicken wrap, crispy waffle fries, and unique fried pickles. There are vegetarian options, including gluten-free cauliflower pizza. Customers have enjoyed dishes like the Philly cheesesteak french fries and shrimp tacos, wrapped in lettuce. The restaurant has a great cocktail selection, though some drinks like the margarita can be hit or miss. The lively patio area is perfect for dining with a pup, and staff promptly bring water for dogs. While service can be inconsistent and items sometimes run out, the team handles mistakes with apologies and free drinks when orders go wrong. The owner, Sandra, goes above and beyond for every customer, treating everyone like family. Be prepared for a wait on nice days, and note that parking is limited. Overall, it's a great spot for a fun dining experience with quality food, friendly service, and entertainment like karaoke nights and live bands.
