We’ve had the pleasure of working with Liberty Rock Tavern twice now for both of our kids’ first birthday parties, and they were absolutely fantastic each time! We went to a Pig Roast at Viking Construction and Liberty Rock Tavern catered. Excellent job. No waiting for food refills. Large selection. Ribs were amazing. Pull pork so juicy and tender. Loved the Bratwurst. And these little fired chicken sandwiches with pickles, blue cheese and some sauce some people might have passed on, didn’t know what they were missing. Yum.
