We went to a Pig Roast at Viking Construction and Liberty Rock Tavern catered. Excellent job. No waiting for food refills. Large selection. Ribs were amazing. Pull pork so juicy and tender. Loved the Bratwurst. And these little fired chicken sandwiches with pickles, blue cheese and some sauce some people might have passed on, didn’t know what they were missing. Yum.

This place is legit! The food is amazing. Their chicken sandwich is probably one of the best I've ever had—flavor explosion in every bite. And the French fries? So flavorful with a crunchy exterior and soft inside. You have to give them a try; you won’t be disappointed! ?? #DeliciousEats #FoodieFind #

I really wanted to like the place, but it was mediocre. What changed my mind was our experience with the food truck. From poor service to awful chicken tenders, french fries, and a terrible hotdog, we are underwhelmed to say the least. They had more quality ingredients and it showed in taste.
