Around 4:30 PM, I stopped by this Starbucks and asked for a cup of ice. I was told I needed to be a paying customer, which I completely understand. I even offered to pay for the cup of ice, but I was denied and told I could buy a coffee if I wanted the cup. Is this really how customers are treated?

I explained that I had already made two purchases earlier that morning and offered to show my receipt. The employee, Chris, initially agreed to check it, but then refused, saying that because my purchase was from 10 AM, it didn’t count and I was “not a paying customer.”

This experience was incredibly disappointing. I visit this location daily and support this business regularly, yet the one time I needed something as simple as a cup of ice, I was refused, even after offering to pay for it and despite having made a purchase that same day.

If this is how paying customers are treated, I will seriously reconsider continuing to support this establishment.

Worst Starbucks ever. 6 staffs in the store and finally someone took my order after standing there for at least 5 minutes. Not organized at all.

This is a nice Starbucks. The parking is ok. Pretty standard for a smaller location. Very nice people working there. The service is fast and attentive. The store is also very clean inside which is a big plus. I always enjoy stopping by here when I'm in Milford. I look forward to stopping by again soon.

Nice place for a meeting. Never heard of paying 6.56 for a medium sized latte. If it wasn't for the meeting a client i honestly wouldn't of went here.

This Starbucks is decent but not particularly outstanding. The baked goods often don’t look fresh and are mostly out of stock by the time I get here, and while the service is fine, it’s nothing exceptional.

Over the past five visits at this location, every time I order normal hot coffee (not a blended or a pink drink), the coffee is poured by the automated machine and the employees then forget about it, allowing it to go cold. I have to prompt them to finish making my drink every time. And it's cold, almost every time. Once the server offered to remake it for me which was nice.

Worst in store customer service. Waited 20 minutes for my coffee I ordered in store. Never completed. This is a to go Starbucks location. Stay away except for to go orders.
