I didn’t like how I was treated
Worst in store customer service. Waited 20 minutes for my coffee I ordered in store. Never completed. This is a to go Starbucks location. Stay away except for to go orders.
Avoid. Matcha latte was just milk with barely any
matcha. Waited 20 minutes for it. Tables, bathroom were sticky and gross
Drive thru clerk was attentive to our order. Very patient
I'm biased, the guys are really good: Jonah, Dani and all, great team!

I am reviewing my most recent experience at this Starbucks. I normally go to this location every day for my coffee and today I waited over 10 minutes at the window for them to make my order only to give me the wrong coffee and I didn’t have any time to wait For a new one because I had to go back to work. It’s just very disappointing that I waited almost 15 minutes. Paid six dollars for a coffee that I didn’t want.

Unfortunately for seniors this company seems to operate with mostly young people on the front line. Therefore many times we go into stores like this one and the music is loud and obnoxious. I believe the employees don't listen to it and can speak to and hear each other fine. But seniors like us who have hearing issues which come with age cannot have an enjoyable conversation. I wish we could go into any Starbucks and be able to have something to eat and drink, and have a pleasant conversation. Not possible in many Starbucks.

Overall this is a solid Starbucks.. When it comes to Starbucks- The most important aspect is the Barista & attention to detail when crafting their drinks. Let's be honest- the best thing about Starbucks is their eclectic selection.. This location does a good job creating these complications. Their Fall Drinks are the BEST.. I only drink iced coffee & I require it to be strong. The pumpkin cream cold brew with an added shot of espresso & oatmilk is my go to.. The apple crisp oatmilk shaken espresso is absolutely delicious. It's unfortunate that they take precedence over the drive thru window being that I order on the app.. However- this is a high traffic location, so I understand how busy they get.. Sometimes I have to wait longer for my order to be presented, but it's not a big deal.. Overall this is a good location. This Starbucks is just disgusting, no one ever wipes the tables, crumbs and dirt all over the tables I literally have to ask for a rag to wipe the table, garbage just piled to the rim, just sitting there , crap all over the floor this place is gross

I visit this location regularly and the staff at this establishment are always accommodating and kind however it is a shame how the manager behaves in front of customers and treats his staff. During my visit on Saturday, August 3rd, the Shorter male manager with the slick back hair yelled and belittled his staff in the middle of the floor. He was throwing a full-on tantrum towards one of the employees. I used to know every staff member there on a first-name basis and now I don't know anybody. It is obvious now why all of the old employees left and no longer work here. I would not work here for any amount of money if my superiors treated me or any other staff member that way. I can only imagine how the staff is treated behind closed doors if this is how the manager acts in front of paying customers. Completely unprofessional.
