Over priced and doesn’t pay kids to train to see if they are a good fit for the job. The owner is too lazy to interview kids individually so she has them “ shadow “ or “ work for free” for 3 shifts to see if they will be a good fit and be good little rule followers without actually having to interview herself…. Lazy!!!!!.
