“I’m only writing this review bc the service I got from Asia was so phenomenal! They had made an error on the last order and when I brought it to her attention this visit she was quick to rectify that’s and had my new order ready in a heartbeat! So Asia is the Woman!“

“5 Star service was provided for me during my visit here to this particular Taco Bell franchise. The cashier/customer service representative, Shawnda who greeted me upon arrival helped me with my order and then not only placed my order but then proceeded to wash her hands put on disposable gloves and a apron and also make my order in a timely fashion. All with a smile on her face. I could tell she did not have much help but that did not influence her attitude and disposition towards me. I left with a smile on my face along with properly made food and a overall delicious experience. As a truck driver if I am ever in that area again. I would definitely return to that same establishment and hope to see that same representative of that franchise. 5 star service and experience!“

“STRIKE 2, FULL COUNT NOW. - This is a better choice for fast food in town. Great food, fresh every time. Twice this week it was not busy when I ordered and on two separate orders, I asked for to substitute the sodas for coffee shakes. The first time they were Chocolate shakes. So, I order an extra coffee shake on the Carvel side as my brother is allergic to Chocolate. I went in tonight and order my brother's meal for him. When I ordered I made sure to announced that it was a Coffee Shake, TWICE. While waiting, I noticed the female trainer had the trainee put a medium Vanilla Shake instead. When the buzzer went off, not only was there no shake ready but was asked: "Oh, you had a vanilla shake too, right?" "NO! Coffee!" Another wait as they made the coffee shake I originally ordered. Baseball season is upon us, hopefully, you don't strike out if I (we) come in again. Advice - Check your orders placing and receiving them.“

“I haven't lived in Waterbury in nearly 35 years, bt when I return I always try to get to Nardelli's for one of their famous grinders. It was as good as I remember, but I'm no longer capable of eating the entire sandwich at one sitting.“
