Spent 33$ on ice cream for the family. Was freezer burnt, garbage. Toppings tasted like they should be thrown out. How do you mess up ice cream?

Once again I made the mistake of thinking that since my latte was bad I would just get a milkshake instead. This milkshake was IN HUMAN. It did not taste like real food AT ALL. I ended up getting a refund but not after arguing back and forth for several minutes. The milkshake was chunky and tasted so freezer burnt that there is no possible way it is safe to serve. This place really needs to get checked by the health department because after only 1 sip before I returned it I immediately got a stomach ache. This is also so overly expensive for the amount that you are given, and with no whipped cream. I will never be coming back.

It’s really sad. I used to frequent there and get my delicious chocolate ice cream. I no longer go there because every time I go there it’s filthy dirty where the ice cream is stored. The paint is peeling. It’s pretty disgusting. The floors are filthy. They really need to step up to the plate. It’s really sad because the previous owners were very clean.

The team could take some pointers from Starbucks in terms of customer service. This has to be the most unfriendly location. Half the time they are "out of" the flavor ice cream I request and it always takes a few minutes at the second window waiting for a shake. I've been to other Baskin Robbins that have shakes ready in the same timeframe as a coffee.

Went on 12/2 at night around 8:30 and the girl who help us was so patient and kind. I asked her all the flavors since we never been and toppings and she took her time and read everyone one. We pulled up didn’t have to wait everything was ready. Great service!
