I am very picky about my pizza, and I found this great pizza place on Main st here in Monroe, CT. Their pizza excellent! Their crust, the sauce, the taste, it's just how I like it.
When I stop by, I always get a small half cheese, half pepperoni and a Greek salad. Their salad is always fresh and crisp.

Unbromated flour and Wisconsin ridge reserve cheese. Raj the owner is so kind and we had a lovely chat in their new Southampton location, which has a full bar and a sophisticated and grand dining area. I could taste the difference. But why don't you print this on your slogan, I asked Raj. It is rare to find a pizza shop dedicated to quality ingredients.
