I've been going to different duchess locations for 60 years. Never had a bad experience.
This place is strange. If you order at the drive thru which I have several times you will get a bag with not ketchup. Nobody will ask you if you want ketchup.
Then it gets weirder. If you don’t explicitly say no mayo, the same people that will give you your food without a single pack of ketchup will give you burgers slathered in mayo. Made a drive thru visit. The Big D combo is a winner every time.
