the food is disgusting took over an hour and half to be delivered despite the 30 min delivery time. The chicken and broccoli rabe was cold, greasy and mostly the stalk. The mozzarella sticks were cold and soggy. would not recommend.

Very disappointed with the delivery lady today.She did not came to bring the food I had ordered in my door as any delivery place does. When she got here she called me and I explained to her on the phone that I have a newborn baby , she kept saying to me on the phone “ your driveway is not clean” meanwhile I had my cleaning ladies drive all the way up with no problem. The delivery lady made me walk in the snow with the baby all the way there and did not even got out of the car to give me food let alone to come to my door and on top of that I had to tip her!!!! Shame. Shame. Shame. Very disappointed and will not order delivery again from this place

I love Crown and have been going there since they opened but the last couple of times I have ordered, I have been incredibly disappointed.I love their Nona's pizza. It's a 17" with crushed tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and basil. When it's good, it's really wonderful; simple and delicious.I know I am going to make some people crazy, but, I prefer the crust on this pizza lightly baked and do not brown my cheese! Browned fresh mozzarella turns to a plastic and unyielding rectangle.I left, as I always do, a note asking that they "lightly bake" my pizza and added "please, do not burn the crust". I used GrubHub and after waiting over an hour, I called and was told the driver was on his way. After another fifteen or so minutes, I called again and Gil, the owner, called the driver while I was on the phone. The driver said he was here (I live in an apartment complex) and couldn't find my place.I know this place can be confusing so I had given specific directions. He was on the wrong side of the building which I completely understand so I said to just drive around to the other side. After another ten minutes he still wasn't here so I was calling back when he called me to say he still couldn't find me. He said he was (still?) at the front of the building so I asked if he wanted to come around or I could just come to him. He said no, he would come around so as I waited to see headlights, he came walking around the corner.He handed me the food, which at this point I could feel was no longer even warm.I could have dealt with the cold food but when I opened the box and saw that the pizza was incinerated, I just couldn't believe it. I'm not talking browned. This was burned. After three disconnects, Gil explained they were very busy and must have missed my note.He was very apologetic and offered to send over a new one or issue a credit to use at another time.Although I elected to accept the "store" credit, I think it would be better customer service to offer a credit back to the card issuer as well. Some people may not want to order from them again.I am forgiving and crap happens. I'm still really hungry.

Ordered a small pizza and two salads. The pizza came half folded in the box and this is the 2nd time my salad has been with totally different ingredients than what it said on the menu. For $50 the food should be as you order. Very disappointed.
Wrong order delivered.Website says they close 9:30pm on Saturday nights. Called to request the right order, and nothing was done.

We ordered a large pizza with onions and pepperoni. The pizza was ready on time when we picked it up.We were disappointed in our order for the following reasons:There were only about six slices of pepperoni on the entire pie ( we did order half onion, half pepperoni).The pizza was very greasy. We were able , however, to blot some of the oil with a napkin.The dough was very undercooked. We have ordered food from Crown a couple times in the past, and it was good. This was our first pizza order from Crown.

We've ordered pizza from here before, and it was good. I usually order/visit an establishment at least 3 times before reviewing, unless we're far from home and unlikely to return. The last time we ordered food from Crown was ok, but not great. The first time was great, so this order became the tie breaker. We ordered a large pie, mozzarella sticks, jalepeño poppers and a small salad. Everything looks good at first glance, but as soon as we started handling the food that changed. Everything was falling apart.The breading on both the mozzarella sticks and the poppers completely crumbled away as we tried to eat them. It was like chewing with sand in the mouth. Unpleasant. Unfortunately there was very little flavor, so we just abandoned them. They were too difficult to eat.The pizza was better, but also lacked flavor. The dough just sucked the flavor right out of every bite. The condition and texture of the crust was off putting. It was the strangest thing. It fell apart much like the breading on the sticks and poppers. When chewing the pie little chunks of hard dough broke off like doughy pebbles. The texture was very strange.I'm hoping it improves, because I will gladly update my review when it does.
