Chili hotdog is salty. Spicy nuggets is inedible. The atmosphere is gloomy. The staff looks very tired, lacks energy and the one who got my order is unwelcoming. Supposedly, will try to order their burgers and give it a chance but... nah....

Terrible staff. Got my order and 2 other people's orders wrong. All they were concerned with was the drive thru. This is the 3rd time in 3 weeks this has happened. Not any more for me, I'm done.

They need to CLEAN up their act!! Tables are filthy, I got the Gold Peak Ice Tea and it was DISGUSTING!!!! I don’t think they cleaned it or put fresh tea in there in a year!! And the restrooms are FILTHY DIRTY!!!!!!!

I work late, and don't drive. They stay open late on weekends. However the past two nights they've shut off deliveries way prior to closing. Very disappointed.

Love Duchess! The variety is huge. The food is cooked to order. Everything is very good for a fast food restaurant complete with a drive thru. There was one in Danbury but it sold to New buyers & they turned it into a Burger King. Very limited variety in BK, Mickey D's, or other similar fast food places. At least at Dutchess, if you are hungry for a hot dog, they have a good variety of hot dogs there plus lots of other goodies to chose from. I miss the one in Danbury.
Parking: Handicapped parking in front for EZ access.
