If the drive-thru line is particularly long, just go inside, you will get served much faster.

My favorite Dunkin. We go here every weekday for afternoon coffee. Theres a few good servers during the day shift, especially Alyssa. She always makes the order exactly as I put it in and it comes out great!

Indian who works on Fridays at 4:30 in the morning doesn't want to work, he thinks it's bad that my order is big because it was with my workers, he gave me the sandwich toasted to the point of inedible, I asked to change it, he said 3 times that he wouldn't change it! I ask that when hiring, look for competent people for the job because your company loses customers daily with this type of situation.
This place used to be consistently fast and good service. I used to go there every morning at 5:45am for the drive thru. Now they keep getting my order wrong or scramble to see my obvious online order when I give them the number or my name. A few times they handed me the wrong meal or put cheese on my breakfast sandwich even though I ordered otherwise. Everybody always seems confused. I miss the old staff that worked the drive thru, this one lady was very nice and on point.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I ordered a simple latte and when I received it it tasted bitter and not like it was supposed too. Normally I don’t like to ask for someone to remake the drink but today a did l, and the second one tasted worse. I was denied a refund because they “already had to remake the drink”. I will never come here again, and no one else should either.
