Terrific experience! Wonderful, fresh, homemade Mediterranean food. Owner was super friendly and made us feel right at home. Warmed us with her soup and a great treat at the end!!!
I doubt seriously if you'll find a better selection of home made middle Eastern foods anywhere - This place even outdoes NYC. Fresh, tasty, generous servings, reasonable prices. Take out or order and eat in the large dining area exquisitely decorated. This is a hidden gem in Monroe. Say hello to Lola - the owner and proud chef. By the way, it's worth a visit just to see the Egyptian Decor and statuary.
OMG.... this place is amazing.. best Falafal anywhere... plus the Egyptian decor is great. Especially if you have children.

The place is nicely decorated, and the food is always fresh and prepared to order. The owners are extremely kind, and the wait is never long. The food is truly authentic Egyptian cuisine, and everything on the menu is made from scratch and seasoned perfectly. Portions are ample, and there is also a small market where you can purchase delicacies to go. It's a highly recommended spot for a delicious meal.
