My first venture into falafel. Wow, where have you been my whole life. Very friendly owner, excellent food. Very fresh and well seasoned. Also had a chicken gyro. I think I enjoyed it more than a Greek gyro. Only 4 stars for atmosphere because it's not your typical restaurant setting but the Egyptian decorations were neat and it's very clean. I'll be back even though I don't live in Monroe.

Had takeout here. It was friendly and prompt service and the food was delicious. We had the Fattoush Salad with Chicken Shawarma and the Lamb Shawarma Wrap. Both were really good. It was one of best salads we had in a while. We recommend. .
Love everything about this place. My kids love the food and I think they have the best lentil soup I have ever had!

Never particularly Middle Eastern cuisine but might have to change my mind after coming here! Food was excellent, staff were friendly, and just a wonderful place to be.
Our favorite place to get middle eastern food. The meat is juicy, the rices delicious, and the spreads/dips (like hummus) are very fresh. Owners are extremely kind and the wait is never long.

charged more than website, staff didn't know their menu. Portions came in styrofoam divded container, so everything was mushed together by the time I got it home
I made an online order for a Greek salad with chicken shawarma and rice pudding. I specially asked for no tomatoes and no olives. The order arrived loaded with tomatoes and olives and a tiny piece of feta cheese. Furthermore, there was no rice pudding for which I paid. When trying to contact the restaurant multiple times , the phone just and rings and there is no voice mail set up. Hugely disappointed in a restaurant I used to love.
