I would rather leave no review than a bad one, but not in this case. I ordered & picked up a delicious Vegetarian Platter that was $13.99 online. When I returned to work I noticed that I was charged $17.99. Thinking it was an error, I called & was told that they need to update their website. They were polite & did apologize but no refund was offered. I worked 22 years in the restaurant business & that is not good practice. Although it was good, I won't go back. $4 is definitely not worth losing a customer or getting a bad review.... Extremely disappointed.

Incredibly tasty, vibrant food that rejuvenated us in the middle of a 13 hour drive. Having spent a bit of time in the Middle East, this was among the best falafel I've ever had. The staff's warmth only added to the wonderful dinner. This was a gem to find.
Love the falafel wrap - I get it every time I go there! Hubby likes the chicken shawarma wrap. Always great food and great service! The lunch deal is a great offer, check it out!

We were hungry and just passing by and found this little gem. There was four of us… granddaughter had rice and beans (she did the yummy food dance), we had hummus, stuffed eggplant (it’s not really stuffed, more like smushed with peppers yum-o) w/ spicy rice, falafel with salad (perfect crunch and moist in the middle), and chicken shawarma platter. Excellent lunch date… can’t wait to come back and try everything else.Vegetarian options: Lots of options

Used to love the food, actually still do. The biggest problem is with their service. I ordered a specific item on the menu and received a lesser expensive version. Told them about it and asked them to make up the difference with a refund and they flat out said "NO". No offer of a gift card, or a credit on a future order, nothing. So much for customer service. They also had my food ready at 7:10 for a 7:40 pickup. Don't offer advance ordering if you're going to let the food sit in the bag for 30 minutes before I come to get it.
