Unfortunately, even as a semi returning customer (we’ve been coming periodically over many years), I have to ding this place because of how it’s managed and the wait. Just way too long. I've been a long time customer, and I should have written this review years ago. Soup Thyme makes so many different soups daily, each and every one of them outstanding, that it makes it hard to decide. But I tend to default to my favorite, their chicken pot pie soup. They offer a wide variety of paninis to accompany their delicious soups. I often get a small soup and a half panini, excellent value at around 10 bucks. The owner and the staff are always friendly and welcoming...
Fantastic soup! Hours could be better like opening up at 10:00 a.m. or at least even 10:45 you've lost my business about five times because I was there at 10: 50 and you wouldn't open I finally learned it remembered that you don't open till 11:00
