Been to this location a few times, and everytime it’s something else. One time there was a worker that was incompetent of making a sandwich and after 10 minutes of trying to put meat and cheese on bread the manager stepped in…. And recently I got a sub, brought it home and I couldn’t even bite through the bread it was so hard. I called the store to see if they could make me a new one, and the guy there just told me to have a nice day and hung up. I've learned my lesson, I’m done with this location. P.S. I’ve never had to write a review about any place before, but that’s how bad my experiences have been.

The guy working was nice, but I ordered a footlong chocolate chip cookie through mobile and they gave me a peppermint chocolate cookie. I have no idea what it was it’s not even on the menu and it’s Febuary. Also the meatball sub was skinny.

The older gentleman wotking there (owner I Assume) became irate and kicked me out because I reminded him he should be changing his gloves after he just helped the customer in front of me and handled cash, receipts and was touching the register etc. Do not go to this establishment. Obviously dirty and definitely rude. Not sure why i had to leave a star in order to post this. It's really absolutely no stars.
They put subs together sideways. Like a hotdog. They don't know how to construct a sub! In CONNECTICUT! Literally one town over from Subway headquarters! It's embarrassing. Also disgusting! I got a sub with mayo smeared all over the very outer edge so it got everywhere EXCEPT the inside of the sub. The bacon was in a nasty clump all on one side. It's supposed to be a sub! A grinder! A sandwich! Not a hotdog or a taco!

A very rude old man works here. I ordered on the subway website and when I went to pick up my order, the rude old man told me they don't take any coupons and cancelled my order. Wasted 30 minutes of my time, no apologies and the rude old man was disgusting.

I ordered at 6 inch and had many topping it’s old came with the tuna onions and cheese tomatoes cucumbers they didn’t add any of the mayo and sauces I wanted don’t ever order from Uber eats was so horrible they need to do better to please their customers !

So bad customer service
Ordered 2 specialty subs, paid for double meat on both. $30 for each sub. Got my sandwiches and theres barely anything in either. basically empty.
Ripoff. Won't answer the phone either. Do you cheap morons even want to stay in business?
Me and my boyfriend walked in at 8:10, and the woman said that they were closed. She was extremely rude when i pointed out on their door the sign said “Saturdays 9:00AM-10:00PM” and she said “well since covid that’s changed.” well what i don’t understand is how haven’t you had time in the past 4 years “from covid” to change the sign on your door ?? so unprofessional. don’t support this subway. bad customer service

Very bad service. Watch out for the old man!!! Horrible service . Very very Rude.I’ve been going here for so long, and everytime I see someone in front of me ordering a sandwich with meat I ask him to change his gloves because I am vegetarian. Not only that he has been arguing with me for the gloves every time he also told me I was rude when I asked him nicely and very polite. He then wanted me to explain why and kept saying I am very rude and don’t need to tell him how to do his job meanwhile he used the same gloves up to cashiers and wanted to make my sandwich with those same gloves. Horrible. Does not know how to keep costumers and is not like they are giving me the sandwich for FREE!!! I am paying for that sandwich and it is my right as a costumer to ask how I need it to be made. This has happened few times already and I don’t think I will ever want to go back again. Even if u don’t care for your costumers remember the costumers are the ones that keep your business going!!!
Stopped in for a quick sandwich. The woman behind the counter was amazingly sweet, but the owner stepped out to help Us. I asked him if the bathroom was locked or if somebody was in there and he told me “I don’t know I just got here” with an attitude. I placed the order for a sandwich, and he proceeded to make it without asking any questions. When he finished, he said is that all and my husband said no I’d like to order one too, which he replied “you should’ve told me “he was standing right next to me when I ordered mine. he continued with the attitude and my husband commented “customer service zero “ to which the guy replied “if you don’t like my customer Service then leave the store and I won’t make your sandwich “. Then got more agitated, so my husband yelled at him, and the man replied, cursing him out and telling us we had to leave. Words went back-and-forth and the owner said “you little white dog go bark somewhere “the poor woman behind the counter was so sweet, but she looked like she was used to his behavior. If he is at the counter, when you walk in the store, I walk away I’ve never experienced such an embarrassment of an owner yelling at someone in the store, as loud as he was, and then continue to come out from the back of the store to continue, his rant. Zero stars for the owner 10 stars for the employee who helped us.

I went in the Subway to use the restroom. The door was locked, I sat down and waited for couple minutes and then asked the worker if there is someone using the bathroom and he said if it’s locked someone is in there. Then I sat down again to wait for 5 minutes and then got up and knocked on the door again. Then the employee came and opened the door and said the bathroom doesn’t work can you go to donkin donuts. I said why you didn’t tell me from the beginning instead of lying to me that someone is there or the fact that now it’s broken.I just think if someone is not honest with you for a bathroom how can you trust them preparing your food.
