Came with a friend to dine inside. My friend got her meal, I waited patiently for mine. Reminded the server I still hadn’t gotten my meal after 10 minutes, waited another 15 minutes, finally told server I needed it to go at this point. 10 minutes later she handed me my meal. Opened my meal at home to find there was brown avocado, and the food was inedible. I can understand a place being busy, making a mistake with an order, etc. BUT someone in the kitchen cut open this avocado and decided it was acceptable to put on someone’s food. Absolutely inexcusable. Will never return to Terra Cafe. Do better.

Wonderful staff always happy and helpful. Quick service. Settings in doors and out doors. The kind of place that is perfect anytime of the day to stop in and have a small conversation.

This is the best kept secret in Fairfield County. The food is fresh, made with love, so delish and (mostly) organic. From the creative lists of lattes , and beautiful hand made pastries. Delectable lunches ( such as shrimp with perri ,perri sauce. Roasted Turkey breast with home made pesto sauce) , açaí bowls Smoothies etc. all served with a smile. Everything is wonderful including the staff! Don’t short change yourself. Stop in and try something. You won’t be disappointed!

I knew the second I tried the Pastel. I’ve been to Portugal and recently just moved to Boston (huge Portuguese community).
So I’ve had my fair share of pastels alongside Portuguese/brazilian cuisines.
A good measure of the quality of a cafe (especially Brazilian/portugues based) is their Pastel.
This woman’s pastel is out of this world. Like she gets them shipped from Portugal (impossible).
Anyway, the rest of the food and menu options kept the same level of quality and ingenuity. Protect this place at all costs!!!
