Nice place, great service with a large selection of menu items. Remember to check out the specials on the board outside or by the register. My wife had avocado & egg salad sandwich, which is one of her favorites. It's small and has only a few tables and a small counter, but it is comfortable. Many customers order take out.The price for lunch was very reasonable; $17 for 2 sandwiches. I spent more on a few of their deserts for take out.There is plenty of parking in a rather nondescript strip mall. Once you are inside you easily forget that you are on the busy main road.Dietary restrictions: They have Gluten Free bread and wraps so I was able to have the grilled cheese chicken sandwich, which was really good.They also have a selection of GF deserts; cakes, brownies etc.

Had a sit in the cafe lunch today instead of being outside or take out ! The high quality food is amazing every single time - the Turkey pesto sandwich was stellar . Don’t hesitate to try the lemon,lavender ice tea too - it’s delicious and quenching . Deb is so very lovely too - and I thank you for the special birthday cake treat too !

Very nice, if I could give it a 4.5 I would. The açaí bowls were very good, definitely had a nice home made vibe and taste. Also very healthy without the fake stuff added. The sandwiches were also very good. The weird part of the meal is the drink selection. They have a lot of good and unusual options, but none of the standards. It was nice to have a unique selection, but it would also be nice to have a Diet Coke in there or something. The prices were average for a private coffeehouse. It's more expensive than fast food, but cheaper than a sit down restaurant. The people and service was great. Very fast and accommodating. Overall great experience!

My wife showed me this place and I absolutely love it! From the food to the atmosphere this place is amazing! My two fav things to get are the smoked salmon avocado toast and then the chipotle chicken sandwich! Try their soups and coffee too!
First heard about this place from a holistic and naturopathic doctor. Quaint coffee shop with great selection of food, shakes and organic coffee. They have gluten free desserts and vegan meals. Enjoyed their pistachio coffee, their salmon wrap in their specials menu while my husband enjoyed his latte and his turkey + bacon + egg + Gouda + cheese in multi grain roll. We also tried their vegan “power ball” and liked it. Have recommended it to friends already. Will go back.

What a sweet, cozy spot! Wish I had discovered it when I still lived in CT, but now I know the spot to visit when I come back. Wonderful menu; wanted to try everything, but ended up with the vegan tempeh, avocado, arugula, cranberry sandwich. Delicious and I'm not even vegan. Met the owners, couldn't be nicer and we had a lovely conversation, even after I nearly destroyed their Xmas tree trying to sit down at my table.
