After dining at Ballo for years, we weren't as thrilled with the food or service at The Farm Italy. My ravioli dish was very salty altogether. The filling was unremarkable; I think it was Mutz. The salty chicken bordo (I thought) was an odd topping for ravioli and too salty. My arugula side salad was also salty, bitter-tasting, and tough. Went for my niece's birthday. Tried her ravioli, the filled had a paste like taste and consistency. Her husband's chicken with fries cooked in duck fat were delicious. My hubby liked his chicken parm. The sauce was a little too spicy for me. I had the grilled prawns on spinach. Prawns were good, but the spinach they sat on was like a log on the plate with no seasoning. The best part was the prosciutto with ricotta, spicy jelly on focaccia. Very pricey. Enjoyed the menu...
We had a fabulous waiter, his name was Kirby. My husband is gluten free and he was so patient with him to get him the right and most delicious food. We had wine, appetizers, main course and dessert and it was quite reasonable. I recommend to give it a try!
