LOVE THIS BAKERY!! Our first time in Mystic and we stopped in just for a coffee, ended up leaving with half the store! The almond croissant is amazing. The salmon sandwich is a must have, and the coffee is very good. During a road trip we made sure to bookend the trip at Sift. The ordering process is swift and efficient, and staff was friendly and relaxed, even on a very busy Sunday morning. I look forward to coming back very soon! Mystic itself is beautiful but not complete without a stop at Sift.

We spend a few days in Mystic every December and visiting Sift multiple times during our stay is a given. It is a fun place with happy staff and great treats. Their sandwiches are so good and almond croissants are the best. They are actually not as sweet as they look, but they are as good as you would expect

Came back to Mystic after six and a half years just for the carrot cake roulade from Sift. We had our second one today and then went upstairs to Mix for happy hour. While there we had the pleasure of meeting Adam Young and talking with him for a bit. My wife and I are profoundly grateful for his generosity and taking the time out of his day to greet us. It made our nine hour drive from Pittsburgh, PA worth every minute. We will definitely be back for years to come.

First time at SIFT!! It was a 6/10 for me since I was looking forward to trying their salmon sandwich but they had none! If you want a real top tier bake shop foodie experience head across to TATTE!!! It’s my favorite! I also had the chocolate macaroon that was really great tho soo I’ll say get that!!! My boyfriend had their hot caramel latte and he think it was mid since there was so much foam! Other than that their service was pretty good! 7/10 Overall

Best bakery in America? The plain croissant I got was simply dry, not made with butter and probably from yesterday. 4$ wasted. Edit: The second croissant I had was actually fresh and had some butter taste! Completely different experience. Bumping to 3 stars since the first one was definitely from the previous day now I got a fresh one. I hate to waste food and understand business doing so, however they should be recycled for sandwiches or sold for cheaper with disclaimer. Having 2 different batches in the same order is not vert professional.

Amazing as always! Peppermint bun, dark chocolate and cherry croissant, and Toffee sticky bun are beyond amazing. Great service as well. Wish there was a little more inside seating. Remodeled and live the new look. Delicious coffees as well!

Staff was friendly and attentive. The bake goods were fantastic. I am a bogeta bacon egg and cheese type of guy. The cheaper establishment tend to have the better sandwiches in my opinion. This is a rare occasion where I have to go against my own opinion. Their egg sandwich on a croissant is worth the $11 price point. Their cookies are worth are worth too and huge. I recommend 15 seconds in the microwave for the best tasting results. Their breads are also exceptional. Overall 9.5/10 experience. Protip- Go early and beat the crowds

Pretty good bakery, we purchased a lot of items, some better than others. Unfortunately. our pecan bun had a big hair baked and rolled into it, and our everything bagel croissant was very under- proofed making it gummy with no crumb structure inside.
