LOVE THIS BAKERY!! Our first time in Mystic and we stopped in just for a coffee, ended up leaving with half the store! The almond croissant is amazing. The salmon sandwich is a must have, and the coffee is very good. During a road trip we made sure to bookend the trip at Sift. The ordering process is swift and efficient, and staff was friendly and relaxed, even on a very busy Sunday morning. I look forward to coming back very soon! We spend a few days in Mystic every December and visiting Sift multiple times during our stay is a given. It is a fun place with happy staff and great treats. Their sandwiches are so good and almond croissants are the best. They are actually not as sweet as they look, but they are as good as you would expect
Came back to Mystic after six and a half years just for the carrot cake roulade from Sift. We had our second one today and then went upstairs to Mix for happy hour. While there we had the pleasure of meeting Adam Young and talking with him for a bit. My wife and I are profoundly grateful for his generosity and taking the time out of his day to greet us. It made our nine hour drive from Pittsburgh, PA worth every minute. We will definitely be back for years to come.
