The Shipwright's Daughter came highly recommended to us by locals we had talked with while vacationing in Mystic, and it did not disappoint. We booked a reservation for 7:15pm on a Saturday evening, and we were seated promptly at 7:15. The breakfast itself is just as impressive, with fresh ingredients and generous portions. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a spot where you can easily linger a little longer than planned. The tuna dish and roasted sea coast mushrooms dish are amazing. For appetizers the “Sea Scargot” and “monkfish mortadella toast” were absolutely legendary. Such a vibe.
