Naugatuck KFC: Ordered 8 piece extra crispy bucket and the breading had no spices at all. The most disgusting chicken that we have had from KFC. Tried calling and no answer. We will not be going back

KFC in Naugatuck has received mixed reviews from customers. Some have shared frustrations about their experience, mentioning that their chicken sandwich and extra sauce were forgotten, and the breading on their extra crispy chicken lacked spices. Others have noted difficulty reaching the restaurant by phone. The restaurant's interior has been recently renovated, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere. Customers appreciate the kindness of the staff, the delicious taste of the food, and that it is served hot. The restaurant offers plenty of parking, making it convenient for drivers, including truckers. It is also considered kid-friendly, with fast service and a good variety of chicken. However, some reviews mention that the place can be chaotic, with kids running the operation, and that the staff, including the manager, seem overworked. There have been issues with waiting times, especially when ordering through the app, which can lead to delays and incorrect orders, such as receiving the wrong drinks or inconsistent soda machine performance. Despite these challenges, many customers still enjoy their visits and the overall experience.
