Tazza Smoothies & Health Juice is the best juice and smoothie spot in Naugatuck. The smoothies, like the Very Berry Smoothie bowl, are the best ever had and always know just what is needed. The food is stellar, including Jamaican beef patties, smoked salmon, and delicious avocado toast. The gelatos are really good and the fresh fruits and veggies are loved. The juices are good and help with health. It is a nice, relaxing spot with an amazing ambience, perfect for fresh breakfast or after a workout. The owner is very nice and amazing, offering great convos and vital health info. It is a great experience with nice people, making it a highly recommended place to support.
