Very good food 5/5. We had the octopus, plantain chips w/ guac, Brussel sprout salad, Yuka fries, steak entree all really good. Nice people working there. The place was 1/2 full on a Saturday night, and reservations can’t be made online. Also the entrance needs a bit of an update, especially the pond!
Nicely curated restaurant with a large outdoor dining area. The menu is enticing but the food is very bland. The paella was tasteless and had very little seafood and chorizo. The walnut dressed salad was also bland. The cocktails and the service however is very good. We went on a Saturday night and the place was empty.
Wilson Rodriguez has created a great addition to the restaurant scene in New Canaan with Pesca Peruvian Bistro. Thank goodness it survived Covid. The restaurant is attractively decorated and there is a lovely outdoor seating area. Service is attentive and friendly; there is a good drinks menu; and the food is excellent. I particularly recommend the Chicharron sliders, stuffed peppers, blistered shishito peppers, empanadas and guacamole as appetizers, and for main courses the lomo...
