I always have a great experience at this Starbucks location! The store is consistently clean and well-kept, and the staff is amazing. They always take great care of my order, and they even know my order by heart at this point—which makes me feel truly valued as a customer. The service is fast, friendly, and reliable every time. The reason I gave the service a 3/5 is because there is one lady--Nariyah who is always giving my friend and I bad attitude and always making my drink wrong. It's like she isn't reading the label correctly. Other than that, I think this is a great place with great baristas (EHEM, the other ones)

1)You have absolutely no importance as a walk in customer. There should be a balance on priority. 2)For New Canaan this place looks awful and needs updating. I think you already know this and yes it’s expensive. 3)Staff parks where customers should. Make a deal with New Canaan and have your employees park in another area.
