Listen, this space is nice and the ice cream is fine. The problem we had was that their website says it’s homemade, and it’s just Perry’s. Nothing wrong with Perry’s, it’s fine. But if you’re gonna say that you serve homemade ice cream, you really should serve homemade ice cream.

Good place for ice cream, shakes, and sundaes. I always try new flavors here. I have not had a bad choice yet... I have never waited long in line to get serviced. People that work there are always friendly.

I didn’t come here for ice cream, but for the açaí bowls. Which was AMAZING. However, they should expand their sizes. I would’ve happily paid for more in a bigger size. The staff were very nice!

The ice cream here is creamy, no doubt about that, but the ice cream flavor is pretty flat across their selection which is not made by them. I often like milkshakes. Sometimes this place runs out of milk, sometimes straws, it happens. If you order a chocolate milkshake, it comes right out of the soft serve ice cream machine. All orders for milkshakes have to be in 30 minutes before closing time. The machines have to be cleaned before closing and that must not happen once the front door is locked. This is not a customer oriented business, the food product isn't very tasty, but the staff are quite pleasant.

I grew up in New Fairfield and there have been many great Ice cream locations, A-la-mode, Sprinkles, and Goodie shoope still does great soft serve. Candlewood Creamery is a tastey upscale Ice Cream shop with unique flavors

Girls were friendly (hence two rather than one star), no bathroom, even though others used it and after spending $75. Ice cream is terribly bland and what kind of ice cream shop doesn't have hot fudge?

This place is absolutely terrible. Me and my sister asked for a double ice cream and a large soft serve and the portion was hilarious. Do not go here!!!
