The best sushi I’ve had in a long time!! The omakade was incredible, the tri light roll was amazing, and the service was great. The appetizers were also delicious. I am excited to come back! Truly a hidden gem in new Fairfield.
The quality of the sushi is outstanding. Very fresh, proper temperature, beautiful presentation and great variety. The service was efficient but not exactly friendly. Atmosphere pleasant but a little sterile. The prices are a bit higher than you'd expect. There aren't as many menu items as you normally get in a sushi restaurant. This is by far the best sushi I have ever had, and I've had a lot of sushi from all over, even better than fancy spots in NYC. The omakase option is traditional, uses freshly imported fish from Japan, and made with care by an absolute master. The kitchen is open concept and everything is visible from the dining room, with a great interactive sushi bar as well. They take the art of sushi to another level I have not found anywhere else. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!
