Great beer, great bunch of people, great fun. They have activities during the week and all sorts of food trucks. They have an outside beer garden when you don’t want to stay inside. Dog friendly on the outside, unfortunately not dog friendly on the inside. Other breweries are dog friendly as they do not cook food in the facility. Don’t know why Legitimus doesn’t do the same. I took one star off for that.

Wonderful people who've built a great sense of community, but most of all, who brew consistently extraordinarily terrific beer. Stouts, Belgian ales, lagers, Kolsches, IPAs, DIPAs, sours, hard seltzers, and more. Honestly, I've *never* had a bad glass of beer at Brewery Legitimus.

Brewery Legitimus has an amazing staff and craft beer. When the weather agrees the outdoor beer garden is great. Your well mannered dogs can be in the beer garden. Although I would advise if you scan the area and already see 2- 3 dogs already there the space is limited so may want to come back after some have left. The rotating food trucks are a bonus. Check their website under events for expected food truck for the day.

Staff and owners are unbelievably friendly and very accommodating. Very friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Staff is knowledgeable about the beers that are available and willing to answer any questions you might have about them. Mine and my wife's favorite brewery.

Brewery Legitimus is one of the best breweries I’ve been to in ct. Many beers to choose from. I tried the Counter Surfer brown ale and it was delicious. The bartenders are friendly and the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable. There was a food truck outside too.

All year long you find tasty beverages here, and many available all year, but in autumn, with Oktoberfest and Fest Bier still on tap and Litchfield leaf peeping in the surrounding Litchfield Hills make this the place to be. The interior is dark but cozy, and the hosts behind the bar are always friendly, but there's a beer garden outside if you feel like fresh air. There are also so many yummy food trucks waiting for you outside. Lately Legitimus has an agricultural share, so check into that if you're lucky to be local and in need fresh produce. Brewery Legitimus is available throughout greater Hartford but the brewery itself is a fun destination, so come here!

Brewery Legitimus puts so much effort into making it an enjoyable place as a local brewery, it is so nice to come also as a family! Excellent craft beers and cocktails, the food trucks and special events are an amazing addition ! The staff and owners are super friendly, we love having this small business in town !

Legitimus hosted our 20th High school Reunion in their big banquet room. We had an amazing time. The beer was excellent. Highest alcohol content is 8.5% and it was fantastic.
