Every employee seemed to be sitting on their phone doing nothing while a nice young lady, Chloe, was running around trying to help everybody with a smile on her face. Management needs a lot of work in New Hartford.

every time I try to tell myself it’s gonna be different. The coffee is burnt or just plain old and if God forbid I order a latte it’s just all foam and takes about 20 minutes to make. Today I made the accident of testing my luck and ordering a breakfast sandwich. Somehow they managed to burn the croissant and keep the cheese cold. I mean joke is on me because I will try again in about a week.

Not sure what’s going on with these employees, but came in twice now to buy a water and the employees just ignored me. I stood there forever while they continued to do other things as if I don’t exist. I left both times unable to buy anything.

Place is a cesspool of bad communication, poor customer service, and just overall nasty attitudes. I only come here if I absolutely must. The Dunkin on Winsted RD in Torrington is far preferable. New management needed in a bad way.

Ordered a caramel ice coffee I could definitely tell they used hot coffee. I couldn't taste the caramel at all and they definitely didn't put the amount of sugar I asked for. I didn't realize it until I was out of the drive thru and I was already running late so I couldn't go back. Sometimes they get it right and sometimes they don't. They worry too much about getting people out of the drive thru fast instead of focusing more on making the product right. I always go to either this dunkin or the one in torrington. The one in torrington is worse. I'm done wasting my money with this company. I rather leave my house earlier and go to Starbucks. At least they always make my drinks correct.

It would be hard to find a more poorly run Dunkin. Drive thru wait times are very long and our orders have been incorrect each time we have been here. One star is far too kind.

on 1/9/2025, at 7:47 AM, waited in drive thru line for 17 minutes! the bagel was cold and not cut in half as requested. inefficient and slow service. the receipt was not legible to provide a code to give feedback, hence the google review. Fire all personnel and start over!
Dunkin is definitely my quick go-to in terms of convenience and affordability. If you're a frequent visitor like me, I recommend using the app to gain points for free items. They have coffee, sandwiches, donuts, and more. I've driven by this location many times. The parking lot size is decent and getting in and out of the drive through isn't a problem. The customer service was good and efficient. My hot coffee was tasty. Overall, a standard Dunkin and I had a good experience so far.

Waiting in the drive-through line for over 10 minutes at this intercom pulled up assuming maybe something broke there was someone in front of me I was literally trapped in the line for 15 minutes at 6 AM and I left without a coffee. Come here if you want to be late for work.

Decent staff . I asked for an extra pump of chai latte syrup, and the lady happily served it. Was generous in filling in my bagel with the cream cheese, not overdone. Clean and well maintained.

Chick acted drunk or high. Got mocha swirl instead of vanilla swirl. Order snacking bacon got 3 supposed to be 8. Ordered pepper chicken wrap it was still frozen in center. WORST DUNKIN EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!
