I was first exposed to Those Guys Coffee at Fire by Forge restaurant and café in Hartford, where I tried several of their coffees -- drip, pourover, and espresso. I fell in love. All roasts I have tried have been balanced, flavorful, and soulful. I've started by buying their beans at The Grocery on Broad, also in Hartford (next to Fire by Forge). I mostly use it for espresso at home, and it is great. Those Guys have become my go-to local coffee roaster.
