I would come back even if the food is only okay. I got the crispy noodles with beef. I'm a bit suspicious that I woke up with diarrhea the next day though...

I am a patient at Yale New Haven hospital and was looking forward to a poke bowl, which my wife would pick up and bring to me. She arrived there at 615 and was told it would be another 15-20 mins. A few minutes later they said it would be ready in another 15 mins (about 7pm). Mind you that visiting hours end at 8pm. So my wife continued to wait as we had paid and it would be ready soon. My wife pressed the server about rushing the order and the server then said they didn't have the ingredients for the order. I'm stuck in ICU all day and was looking forward to the Poke bowl all day. Had to settle for a crappy salad from the hospital cafeteria instead.

Wthe server also gave some other story about how the order time didnt change even after she was presented with the screenshots. Would provide negative stars if that was option.

I ate at this place last Saturday and on Sunday (yesterday) I woke up feeling really bad. I had fever, my body was hurting, bellyache and also nausea. When I went to the bathroom I remember looking at the kitchen and it was a mess. I feel so disappointed because when we go out to eat we expect to have a good experience and not ended up loosing our day in bed because you have a food poisoning.

Anaya sushi is the old York Street Noodle House!!!! The sushi was just ok but the Spicy wok basil noodles were exactly as I remember them! The service was ok, no problems, one roll took a long time to come and once we got our food we did not see a server for a while. Would go back for noodles!

We eat here all the time. It’s disappointing to see negative reviews because for us, it’s a guaranteed yummy, heartwarming meal whether it’s dine in or takeout. The fact that York Street Noodle and Anaya are under the same roof means that there is SO MUCH variety on the menu, it’s incredible. It’s particularly awesome for vegetarians…vegan broth for ramen, veggie appetizers, awesome soups and noodle dishes and a nice selection of veggie sushi always made fresh. Love it…we’ll keep coming! :)

Horrible experience. the waitress forgot to put in an item we ordered and literally lied and said it was coming…20 minutes later it arrived, it was an appetizer(dumplings) and was cold in the center… not microwaved enough. Hate being lied to and treated with complete apathy.

We recently visited Anaya Sushi & Ramen and had an extremely unpleasant experience. We ordered a few bowls of pho and Ramen. When they were served, we found the noodles in the bowls clumped together in a hard mass, requiring us to stir them with chopsticks to separate them. I suspect they pre-cooked the noodles and left them (perhaps frozen) until a customer ordered, then placed them in the bowl. The broth was also not fresh; it was just hot and nothing else. The meat in the noodles was overcooked, despite being thin slices, and was very tough to chew. I suspect the meat was also pre-cooked and then reheated in the broth when a customer ordered.
Moreover, the hygiene conditions in this restaurant were extremely poor. The overall restaurant atmosphere was also very uncomfortable. We will never visit this restaurant again.

If you are looking for trying ramen for the first time, I recommend trying ANY OTHER PLACES!! The service was bad we waited a long time for everyone to get their food, the spicy food is watered down as it isn't that spicy, food was bland but I'm not sure about other food. TRY OTHER PLACES!

It took them 70 minutes to bring us 3 sushi rolls. The waitress told us it would take 25 minutes and they kept delaying and delaying it. Sat down at 5:50 and got our food after 7
