They did not serve us as expected, everything was rushed, they cared more about the time to leave and close the restaurant to better worry about the attention and give comfort to the customer, it was a birthday of my brother that everything was fatal, they took the wrong food order, of the 7 people they only brought 3 dishes and subtracted it apparently they forgot the order or simply did not listen, and the kitchen was already closed, but before I was clear with the orders but unfortunately it did not go as I expected, it was my first time in the restaurant and we all had a very bad time
Our server was rude and generally unpleasant. So bad we skipped dinner and left after our very marginal appetizer. We went someplace else for dinner
This restaurant has STELLAR customer service. I want to give a shout out to Kiet H. and also the chef that was working that day. I came in with a full party and we were seated immediately. Kiet was kind, patient and attentive to not only our needs but other customers. The brunch foods were great and savory!

This was a lovely place to have brunch. There is a lot to choose from on the menu. I chose eggs florentine and my husband had the chorizo and cheese omelet. Instead of the usual hash browns at most places we were given French fries with aioli dip and a small simple salad as accompaniments. Everything was reasonably priced and delicious. The service was excellent and we would definitely go back here again. I plan to try the dinner menu on our next night out.
Staff was great. Pleasant, accommodating and attentive. Unfortunately the food was just ok. We enjoyed the Caesar salad. Chowder was average. Salmon tacos had too much barbecue sauce and was a bit fishy, and that is from someone who loves salmon. We were disappointed.
I have #CeliacDisease and was completely #GlutenContaminated, despite my having a careful and specific conversation with my server. I asked her to speak with the cook and let me know if any items on the menu were completely gluten-free and no cross-contamination. They selected a Caesar salad (no croutons) and the grilled salmon with polenta. I asked them to make sure that the polenta was gluten-free because some cornmeal is milled and cross-contaminated. They assured me it was GF. Though the food was good, I am SO SICK today and will probably take -3-5 days to recover!

So l was in the area looking for a place to eat, and I walked by and saw Atelier Florian
I walked in and there was no wait to be seated, they even let me pick where to sit so I sat near the window!
I bought a chicken cutlet sandwich ($18) it was crunchy, not dry, and has good fluffy fries. The only bad thing about the sandwich was the tomatoes, but I’m not really a big tomato lover so I think that’s just me. The sandwich also made surprisingly full! 9.8/10
The service was very nice, and even bought me fries on the house! Overall, the restaurant is a 10/10 and I highly recommend you go if you’re in the area💜!

Had dinner at the bar here and was relatively happy with the food. The service was great. My only annoyance was with the fruit flies! They made it difficult to comfortably enjoy my meal. Luckily, the old fashioned was strong/delicious! 🤭

You can't go wrong with Oysters! The Moules Frites were great, too. The Service was outstanding.

We visited Atleier Florian on Friday night and much to our surprise it was empty... We were expecting a crowd do we made reservations weeks in advance. The food was great, service was fine and the ambiance super.
It wasn't busy on a late Saturday afternoon / early evening. I ordered the lobster roll, Connecticut style (hot with butter). The brioche bread was nice and buttery, which made the sandwich much better. The Belgian fries were OK, they got soggy with the leaked butter on my plate. There was no dessert menu and they didn't offer any after the meal. There was loud music in the background, but you can still carry a conversation. I feel like this restaurant is more for drinkers during happy hour than diners that want to eat good food.
Went for Sunday brunch when a friend was in town. She said her apple tart waffles were the best breakfast she'd had in a while! My egg sandwich was tasty (but a little difficult to eat AS a sandwich - not great structural integrity 😂)
