DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! They messed up every single one of our orders then refused to help us and charged us for all the wrong, more expensive items! Horrible staff, lied to us about 80 Proof and Barracuda being separate, and were rude when we asked to speak to the manager! Who never came out to help! Awful, never going back. And you shouldn't either!

Got food poisoning from the pernil and had to call out of work. I called to let them know and claimed they were busy so they took my name and number instead, but never called to issue my refund, but are responding to reviews online. Therefore, I would not ever recommend. Health is nothing to play with, and neither is money someone works hard for.

Ordered two orders of the Barracuda Yuca nachos Thursday night. One Pernil and one Pork belly I become very ill with food poisoning hours later. My girlfriend contacted the restaurant and still has not heard anything back. We have been to this establishment once before and will not be going back. I’m a cook myself so nothing you say can be justifiable it was a very horrible experience.

Absolutely disaster class of a restaurant. I was a loyal patron of the former barracuda. This new restaurant is terribly run. The staff give conflicting information regarding prices. We were told by our server and at the entrance they had a special for BOGO margaritas. However, when checking out, we were then told there was no such deal, and the our waiter had lied to us. We then were overcharged for all happy hour menu items we ordered, charged at full price, rather than happy hour.
Terrible service, the food is okay, but the wait time was about 1 hour to receive our food after ordering. I would definitely suggest going to any other restaurant.

I'm all for having a ball at work - we all have to be there. But if there are 3 people on the floor and all 3 people are more or less ignoring the single customer you have for the majority of the time they're there (to chat, to lounge on the couch, to kiki or what have you) it's not the bessst look. That's it, that's all.

The old location was much better... It was confusing since it shares location with 80 proof for whatever reason... The whole thing makes no sense...

Me and my friend drove an hour and a half to eat here and it was worth every mile!!! The food was amazing the drink I got which was a passion fruit mojito was off the charts and the service was excellent! I will definitely come back soon!! Thank you for a great experience.
