Update: I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the owners, Sara, who tried reaching me via various ways. I cannot express how much respect I have for people like her who take their brand (and customer satisfaction) so to heart. Not only did she take the time to find me via Facebook, but she apologized for what happened, the miscommunication, and offered to send me a gift card as a make good. Truly, it's not so much about the money but about caring about the customer...

Food is good - best sub I’ve had in the New Haven area. Unfortunately they keep messing up my order- asked for grilled onions got grilled chicken. Asked for raw onions got none. The food was still good,

Waited for a pizza i order on the phone for over an hour ordered 5:20 did not leave till 6:10 20 people walked in and everyone got they order whiles i was sitting there with no food. Spend over 35 dollars to wait and the front desk for Atleast 45 minutes. I will say pizza was decent i asked for wings fried crispy i got the gummiest wings in the world kinda gross. Guy at the front desk was very respectful .
