The employees here were incredibly rude. When I went there for coffee, one of the employees treated me with an attitude, as if she was forced to work there. Additionally, the coffee they served me was among the worst I have ever tasted. Despite requesting hot coffee, it was disappointingly not hot at all. After this experience, I have decided that it will be my first and last time coming here for coffee. I strongly recommend that everyone avoids going there for coffee, as neither the staff possesses good manners nor do they know how to make

Every time I come here it's understaffed and a long line. Totally mismanaged. One worker for this location is ridiculous. Yesterday I stopped here at 2:30 pm and they closed! This is the only D&Ds at YNHH

The worst Dunkin' Donuts ever!! Yes they are running out of coffee donuts butter cream cups straws they are messing up your water. They can't get a simple auto right like the difference between butter and cream cheese. Milk in your coffee or black. If you ask for a bagel they give you a doughnut. These are just some of my experiences in the last few weeks. I do not recommend him going here if there's another Dunkin' Donuts near you go there. I complain to the district manager and the same cocky snotty people are still waiting on you. I brought my bagel back that was supposed to be toasted well with butter and the girl had an attitude . Then she says we still don't have a toaster. Well it's been three months it's time to get a new one. Worst Dunkin' Donuts in the greater New Haven area.

Twice now they have served curdled and sour milk. I have been trying to resolve this for 6 weeks now and at this point it's not worth it. The customer service line doesn't accept calls, chat is down, emails have gone unanswered for weeks and no one answers phone at main hospital. It is a shame that this the only close coffee shop open early near hospital but this place is a health risk. Avoid at all costs.

Went there at 6:45am. Second time I was told there's no bagels. They have been open for over an hour and yet again are not prepared. The workers are rude and have a nasty attitude. Should not be in customer service.

Very rude and abusive customer service. Once, members were arguing and a fight almost broke out.I had a friend who go coffee there every day and some staff members were saying stuff about his disability and calling her names behind her back. It was sad because they would give her free things and act like their her friends too.Stay away from terrible these human beings.

Poor customer service, and there was an incident where the employees almost broke into a fight and we’re arguing in front of customers. Management is undermining and doesn’t handle employees well.Many employees will be friendly to you and then spread rumors. They’re very entitled and they do have bait and switch kindness, s***** you in and then say terrible things about you.

Absolutely worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girls that work there are extremely rude. It's almost as though they have something personal against customers. I previously went to this location because it's very close to my home. The service is so awful I don't mind walking farther away to a different location. Do NOT visit if you don't want your day ruined.
