Worst Dunkin ever. The workers are very slow and very rude. They always have a bad attitude. Apparently they’re never able to serve food because they’re “short staffed” when they literally always have 5-6 people working. The amount of times I have wasted my time in a 20-30 minute line just for them to tell me they aren’t serving any food. They need to put a sign up if they’re that lazy to make any food. If you like learning about the meaning of “eternity,” then come stand in line here. Ordered a sandwich about 20 minutes ago and there are still about 10 people ahead of me waiting for their food. You will get more efficient service by growing your own crops, harvesting the food, and cooking it yourself. 10/10 experience 🏆
I've ordered here twice in the last week, once in-store and once for pickup through the Everyday app. Here's both stories:
In-store: Line was short, but pricing was egregious. All drinks cost about 50% higher than at other locations (e.g., around $6 for my usual large cold brew instead of $4). For that reason I settled for a medium iced coffee instead (lol), though that was marked up about the same too. However, the service and the drink itself was on par with other Dunkins.
