I just left this location on march 6, 2025. the entire store was filled with a bunch of people just lingering around. the cashier was extremely overwhelmed because she was alone and I understand completely. I got my drink and it was wrong. So I brought it back and the cashiers attitude was at a 10. The entire store was on her side which is fine, I just wanted my money back. I ended up throwing the drink away once I got to the corner of church st. do better Dunkin. 👎🏽

The girl to took care of my order was smoking and looked high, when she was preparing my order she inhaled and exhaled her vape out of her mouth in top of my drink, I threw my drink away because I was disgusted. It was very unsanitary.

The woman with the headscarf behind the counter is extremely rude and unprofessional. She ignored me and took the customer behind me, then proceeded to ignore me again while I waited for her to take my order. She was on her phone. After one minute I just told her what I wanted, she ignored me and continued to look down on her phone. She then finally took my order, I paid for it. She AGAIN continued to be on her phone while I stood there looking at her waiting for her to just give me my donut (that’s all I wanted). I was just a regular calm customer …

The employees are awesome and it's in downtown New Haven so perfect place if you can't choose what to eat in the morning when you have to get to school or work.
I always receive good service from Diamond when I visit Dunkin for a hot chocolate and a donut. She works so well that she should be promoted right away. A 10/10

Lady at the counter was busy talking with me and one other person in line. Mobile order comes in and says that she can take us first but she flat out refused. What a joke. I always come here on the 3 days I work, bit if I see her there, you aren't getting my money.
