Ive only been to this dunkin once on my first day of work. There were 2 people begging outside and when i went inside, the place was so crowded at like 8:40 am. Luckily, i ordered through the app and it was a very smooth pickup process.However, upon trying to order from them for my second day of work, i realize that this branch specifically doesnt have iced matcha latte???? So sad. Meanwhile the dunkin at yale hospital and at yale have them….it makes no sense why this branch...

Well, I'm not one to comment here but I'm seriously bothered by the attention that a girl gave me, every afternoon I buy my coffee before going to work and just like every day I pass by my coffee and the attention was too bad, more The girl who took my order, apart from the fact that she had a bad temper, took my order and forgot, she was taking orders from other people who came after me, and mine was nothing, I was waiting there for 15 minutes and there weren't...

We go here Monday thru Friday mornings. The people who work here are great. It does get busy often. This place has been here for years. I do miss the seating in the window area. It is small and it's only take out, but they help us get our day going with fast and friendly service!!

Kid-friendliness: Autism and disability friendly.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is on the ground level, no steps and just a single door entry.
